We met in Harajuku- and it was a grand reunion. Tears on my behalf!
We first searched for lunch, and went to what was apparently one of the best tonkatsu restaurants around.
Being total foreigners we wanted to share everything, so we got a tonkatsu, tonkatsu and curry, and a katsudon. Was delish! I love sharing food hahah!
We looked a few shops- hah Mikey had a field day with the shopping! I was surprised I didn't buy ANYTHING!
It started torrential raining, so we were desperately searching for a cafe to take solace. We went to one of my favourite cafes- Tokyo Apartment Cafe. It's designed to look like a Tokyo apartment. Ah, a VERY nice one, which exists on TV dramas.
And wow, we went to the new Calbi chip shop. Calbi is brand of Japanese packet chips. This shop MAKES PACKET CHIPS FRESH. Ahhhh, it was so yummy!
Was a fun day, and so great to meet up with Anne and Mikey after so many months apart!
